Just like you, we are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19. We already follow strict public health guidelines but are taking extra precautions. Our owners and operators are staying in contact with local health officials for the latest advisories, as well as following guidance from ServSafe and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Given the heightened awareness and quickly changing nature of COVID-19, here’s what we are doing differently:

OUR TEAM:
We have communicated our strict hand washing and sanitization procedures including: mandatory sanitation upon entering our restaurants, multiple times during the day, and before and after eating and before returning from breaks. Proper procedures are posted in all back of house work areas.

OUR VALUES:
Our employees are prohibited from working if they have a respiratory illness that can be transmitted to others and are encouraged to stay home if feeling ill and inform their managers of any flu-like symptoms immediately. Hand sanitizing has always been mandatory for all our employees at all other times. We are also extending flexibility with cancellation fees and rebooking for our private dining events.
